Mengolah Ikan Sarden Kalengan

Setelah mencoba resep Ikan Sambal Balado, “percobaan” berikutnya adalah mencoba mengolah Ikan Sarden kalengan. Sebenernya ikan sarden kalengan itu kan udah lengkap dengan bumbu di dalamnya. Tapi biar lebih yummy lagi, bisa ditambahkan bumbu – bumbu.

Bahan – bahan yang dibutuhkan adalah :

– Ikan Sarden kalengan 1 buah (kalo yang ukuran besar 1, kalo yang ukuran kecil 2)

– Bawang merah 3 butir dirajang (diiris halus)

– Bawang putih 3 butir dirajang

– Cabe merah / rawit sesuai selera

– Kunyit, kira – kira 1 buku jari

– Jahe, kira – kira 1 buku jari

– Lengkuas, kira – kira 1 buku jari

– Temu Kunci, kira – kira 3 jari

– Daun Salam 2 lembar

– Daun Jeruk 2 lembar

– Santan Kara 1 buah (kalo pake santan dari buah kelapa, kira – kira ¼ buah)

– Gula dan garam secukupnya

– Telur 1 butir

Cara membuat :

  1. Buka sarden kalengan dan pisahkan ikan dari bumbunya.
  2. Baluri ikan dengan telur dan goreng hingga matang.
  3. Untuk membuat kuahnya, geprek kunyit, jahe, lengkuas, temu kunci.
  4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, jahe, lengkuas, temu kunci, daun salam, daun jeruk hingga matang.
  5. Masukkan santan dan bumbu sarden (jika dirasa terlalu kental, dapat dicampur air sedikit).
  6. Beri garam dan gula secukupnya
  7. Masak hingga mendidih.

Taaadaaaa…. ikan sarden siap disajikan… 🙂
